Small Group Leader Job Description

PREREQUISITES: Submit a New Small Group Interest Form and upon approval attend Small Group Leadership Orientation. Complete and meet requirements of Small Group application process. 

• Attend quarterly leadership training meetings

  
  

• Pray for and coordinate monthly small group meetings.

• Complete monthly correspondence and reports with section leader and/or directors; Speak with your section leader regularly about highlights and/or concerns both personal and in your small group.

• Maintain unity by representing the philosophy of ministry and theology of Relevant Church

  
  

• Live an exemplary Christian lifestyle strengthened by Bible reading and prayer

• Having attended Relevant Church for at least three months, consider it your "home church", and support it with your tithe.

  
  

Length of Commitment: One Semester (Semester A: January – June and Semester B: July- December of each year)
