A graduate of Rhema Bible Training Institute, Pastor Chris was always called to go to the nations with the saving, healing power of Jesus Christ. As an evangelist, he travels across the country and around the world, preaching the gospel and holding healing crusades, leadership conferences and revival meetings. His explosive preaching style and insight into the Word of God has changed many lives to the glory of God. His CD’s, books and teaching materials have been translated into other languages and distributed internationally.
In 2004, Pastor Chris, together with his wife Liz founded what is now called Relevant Church. They have a passion to see their members grow in God and fulfill the destiny that is on the inside of them. They minister to the community in Central Florida through a weekly outreach to the homeless, prison ministry, and a daily radio show. In 2006 Pastors Chris and Liz founded the International Bible Training Center, which became a fully accredited Bible College in 2010, and has expanded to locations in South Carolina, Georgia, Brazil, India, and El Salvador as well as two campuses in Florida State Prisons.
As she serves Relevant Church alongside her husband, Pastor Liz fulfills many roles both behind the scenes and in the pulpit. As the ministry administrator she is responsible for overseeing the operations of Relevant Church, The International Bible Training Center, and Chris Sarno Ministries. Pastor Liz’s love for people and a desire to see them experience the presence of God on a deeper level is what fuels her in ministry. She is a powerful teacher of the Word, author, songwriter and worship leader and finds great joy in helping individuals grow in God. Pastor Liz believes that God has a purpose and destiny for each person and her heart is to see them find that calling and fulfill it to the fullest.
Together Pastors Chris and Liz are a powerful team for the kingdom of God, and do not take lightly the call upon their lives to encourage, equip and empower others to live an abundant life in Christ.
