WELCOME TO Consecration 2025
january 5th - 26th
Why Fast?
According to the Bible, there are three duties of every Christian: give, pray and fast. Biblical fasting takes a lot of discipline and strength which you can only receive from God. Matthew Chapter 6 says that our private discipline will bring us rewards in Heaven. When you give God your first through praying, fasting, and giving at the beginning of the year, you set the course for the entire year.
fasting focus
We encourage you to seek the Lord in prayer and let your decisions about your biblical fasting come from Him. Ask the Lord to show you areas to target during your time of fasting and prayer. We believe that, as we pray and seek God and give Him our best at the first of the year, He will bless our entire year! Matthew 6:33 tells us, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Another great promise, from the book of Isaiah 58:6, proclaims that the chosen fast will "undo the heavy burdens and let the oppressed go free." We know that so many believers carry burdens. Whether they be emotional, financial, physical or relational, as we come together to fast and pray, we believe that your burdens will be lifted and that blessings of God will be released into your life! Fasting is more than just the absence of food, it is a time to consecrate our lives to the Lord. We need to spend time in prayer and seeking His face throughout this season expecting to hear His direction for us.

FIRST FRUITS OFFERING
The First Fruits Offering is a free will offering, separate from and in addition to the tithe. In the Old Testament this was the offering that God required to be given to Him from the earliest ripening produce (the first fruit) of any grain or fruit harvest. The first fruit was given before the entire harvest was taken as a deposit or down payment guaranteeing God's blessing upon the rest of the harvest. What makes a first fruit offering different than a tithe is that the tithe is 10 percent of your gross income, which God claims as His own. The First Fruits offering, however, is a free-will offering where you determine the amount. For us today, a First Fruits Offering is a yearly event where we give God an offering based on what we are believing our financial harvest for the year to be. We offer this offering for two reasons: one, it acknowledges God's ownership of all we own. Two, it is given as a deposit or down payment guaranteeing God's blessing upon the rest of our financial harvest for 2025. This offering takes place on Sunday, January 26th, during our Breakthrough Service. We encourage you to spend time seeking the Lord on what He wants you to give for this special seed and be ready to see Him move mightily in your finances all year long as you sow this symbolic seed.
PRAYER & Worship
During these 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, we will gather together to both pray and worship corporately. We believe it is so powerful to pray out the plans and purposes of our church and lives and enter in to the presence of God together as a church family. During our night of worship, you can expect a powerful time in the presence of the Lord as we draw close to the end of Consecration 2025!
