Today’s Scripture

The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

Today’s Thought

Isolation from your promises isn’t punishment, it’s for preparing your character to handle your blessings. Loneliness only lasts for a season but the consequences of forcing a season before your character is developed could cost you a lifetime.

Today’s Confession

Lord help me to persevere and be patient in the quiet season, as you develop my character, for the next phase of my development. Continue to reveal yourself to me in a greater way every single day and help me to never rush a season. Help me to wait on you.
